Ganley Group team at our Melbourne hospitality venues

Ganley Group breathes new life into heritage landmarks, preserving their old bones while shaping spaces that feel warm, lived-in, and full of character.

We represent the best of Irish hospitality: genuine, generous, and grounded in care. Ours is not a polished performance. It is hospitality with heart; people serving people, done with warmth, good humour, and a close eye on the details that guests may never notice on their own, but always feel together.

We have a soft spot for old bones and buildings with stories to tell. Across every venue in the group, we honour what was already there while shaping rooms that feel easy, welcoming, and deeply local. Each venue is distinct, but the standard behind them is the same: a warm welcome, a good room, and the quiet confidence of people who know their craft.

Our team is made up of people who sweat the small stuff because good hospitality lives in the details.

Chief Publican

Liam Ganley traded the west of Ireland for Melbourne in 2011 with a belief that still shapes the group today: a great pub is more than a venue. It is a meeting place, a local institution, and a room people return to because of how it makes them feel.
